Cancellation Policy: You can cancel any order after placing it till the moment it has not been shipped. In such a case we shall refund payments already made by you for the order as per the prevailing Refund Policy. However, once the order is confirmed and shipped it can’t be canceled.
Return & Refunds: We have a “no questions asked return and refund policy” which entitles all our customers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and make the necessary adjustments to your order value. However, since our products are perishable commodities, please check the product on the delivery itself, and if it doesn’t meet your standards, you could return it right then and there and we will make sure a similar quantity/unit of that product reaches you in the next 24 hours.
In case of cash on delivery payment, our delivery executive will process the refund on-the-spot.
If the payment has already been made, like in the case of online payment, the refund shall be parked in the e-wallet automatically which you can use any moment in your future shopping else you can also opt for a refund processed in the next 7 days through the same payment mode.
In case you have not noticed the defective item at the time of delivery, please note that you need to contact our customer service/ drop us a mail mentioning the quality issue to be eligible for the replacement/refund.
Once the complaint is registered, in your next delivery we shall provide a replacement for the defective item(s).
